The facts about certification

Certification -

Certification – the provision by an independent body of written assurance (a certificate) that the product, service or system in question meets specific requirements. We are very much about the people; both in terms of our customer relationships and in our approach to assessment and certification. We see management systems as living entities and we recognise that it’s all about human interaction from initial contact to the issue of a certificate.
